Josephine is an advocate for personal, organisational and global sustainability. She is a sustainability expert in a top environmental consultancy firm, and works with major brands in the fashion industry to develop and implement science-based sustainability strategies.

As a coach, she is passionate about fostering responsible leadership. She also focuses on developing mental and physical resilience through sports, having completed Ironman and ultra-trail distances and supporting others to achieve the same.

Josephine joined CCA Switzerland to develop the awareness and ecosystem around coaching for sustainability and to scale the tools that are available to both coaches and sustainability professionals.

Yasemin is a Certified Systemic Team Coach and Red Team Leader who champions climate-conscious change. She collaborates with leaders to embed sustainability into their decision-making, ensuring their goals reflect a commitment to long-term environmental stewardship. Her coaching style fosters a transformative mindset, empowering leaders to excel while making a meaningful impact.

With a solid foundation in finance, HR, and management, Yasemin offers a unique global perspective shaped by her extensive international experience. Accredited by both ICF and EMCC, she is committed to unlocking the full potential of individuals and teams. Yasemin inspires authenticity and resilience in her clients, equipping them to confidently tackle uncertainty. She believes in balancing professional success with a genuine commitment to sustainability, paving the way for a brighter future for generations to come.

Dana coaches and trains leaders and their teams with an appreciative approach leveraging what’s working well to cultivate potential, foster engagement, and enhance sustainable performance.  As a leadership coach she specialises in emotional and social intelligence and VIA character strengths;  as a facilitator her specialisations include tools such as collective intelligence, the Climate Fresk, and the Mindfulness-Based Strengths Practice.  She believes that everyone can make a positive difference and that together we can make a brighter today and tomorrow.  Her VIA strengths include honesty, hope, gratitude, and perseverance. 

Dana joined CCA Switzerland with the keen desire to raise awareness of and capability for caring for our environment as individuals, leaders, and coaches.  

Diego Raiteri is a seasoned Public Affairs executive and sustainability expert with a strong background in international business environments. Currently, he serves as Vice President at the European Institute of Innovation for Sustainability and as President of ICF Switzerland.

Diego is an ICF-certified coach, focusing on sustainability coaching, cross-cultural work, and business transitions. With over a decade of experience at Philip Morris International, he has held leadership roles in regulatory affairs and brand integrity. Diego is dedicated to fostering sustainable change, leveraging his expertise to drive impactful transformations.

Michel is a dynamic leader with extensive experience across global industries, bringing a unique multicultural perspective to CCA Switzerland.

As the founder of Ignea and an executive coach, he combines empathy, talent development, and conflict resolution skills with a strong focus on eco-conscious action. Michel's diverse professional background spans roles in consulting, business development, and leadership across New York, São Paulo, Zurich, and London, among others. Fluent in several languages, including English, French, Portuguese, and Spanish, Michel is dedicated to fostering sustainable leadership and driving positive change for the future.

Aude Metton is an experienced executive coach and a sustainability consultant, dedicated to helping leaders and organizations navigate the complex challenges of today’s business environment. With 15 years of experience in marketing and business development in the industry sector, and 10 years of experience in coaching, Aude specializes in empowering executives and teams to enhance performance, drive sustainable business practices, and align organizational goals with climate-conscious strategies. Based between Switzerland and France, Aude founded AMC&C, where she offers executive coaching, sustainability consulting, and outplacement services. Certified by ICF at the PCC level, with additional expertise in emotional intelligence and systemic coaching tools, Aude is passionate about integrating sustainability into corporate leadership and helping companies thrive in the transition towards more sustainable futures.

Åsa Maria Granados is a Swedish-Colombian coach and strategic communications expert with a passion for conscious leadership and sustainable transformation. She has over 15 years of experience working in international, multi-stakeholder environments, bringing expertise in external relations, public relations, and leadership development. As the founder of VIRIDITAS and co-founder of Climate Coaching Alliance Switzerland, Åsa combines her professional coaching certification (PCC-ICF) with her background in digital transformation and sustainable business practices to help individuals and organizations foster deeper connections, self-awareness, and impactful change. Fluent in multiple languages and committed to building a more humane and sustainable future, Åsa is a dedicated leader in the field of sustainability and personal development.

As a coach for sustainable leadership and founder of Anita Aerni Coaching & Consulting, she helps leaders and individuals discover their purpose, find balance, and create a positive impact in both their professional and personal lives.

With over 30 years of experience in both corporate and mission-driven organizations, Anita has a proven track record of driving sustainable change on a large scale. She has successfully led teams across continents, coaching them from start-ups to market leaders, and navigating through mergers and restructurings. Her has strong expertise in employee engagement and culture change.
